Installation instructions -

Follow step-by-step instructions for installing Unrivaled alternator brackets, A/C brackets, delete kits and eccentric idler pulleys on Cleveland, Windsor, Holden and Barra engines. Check alternator specifications and recommended belt combinations to ensure proper fitment and performance.

Note:​ Clean all threads and use anti-seize on bolts

Starting checklist:

  • Front plate

  • Back plate

  • Timing pointer

  • (3x) 67mm spacer

UNC cap screws:

  • (2x) 5/16 x 4”

  • ​(1x) 3/8 x 3-1/2”

  • (1X) 3/8 x 1”

  • (1x) 7/16 x 4” + nut & washer

  • (2x) 15mm spacer

  • (1x) 61mm spacer 

  • (2x) 67mm spacer

UNC cap screws:

  • (2x) 5/16 x 6-1/2”

  • (1x) 3/8 x 3”

  • (1x) 3/8 x 1”

  • (1x) 7/16 x 4-1/2” + nut & washer

Ford Barra 

Select your LS alternator bracket type

Note:

  • Check pulley alignment prior to install and shim accordingly.

  • Clean all threads and use anti-seize on bolts

Starting checklist:​

  • Front plate
  • Rear support

  • (1x) Spacer
  • (1x) M10 x 100mm cap 

  • (1x) M10 x 70mm cap

  • (4x) M10 Zinc flat washer

  • (2x) M10 Zinc nylon locknuts 

  • (1x) M8 x 55mm part thread cap

  • (2x) M8 x 75mm part thread cap

  • (1x) M8 x 25mm Zinc flange serrated bolt

Ford Barra 

Select your delete kit type

Note:​ Clean all threads and use anti-seize on bolts

Starting checklist:​

  • Plate

  • (1x) Eccentric idler pulley

  • (1x) M10 x 40mm (for idler pulley)

  • (1x) M8 x 30mm

  • (1x) M8 x 75mm

Holden V8 6PK belt combinations

Compatible with Unrivaled alternator brackets and pulley kits.

Eccentric idler pulley

Eccentric idler pulley for precise belt tension and alignment. Offset mount design allows easy adjustment without extra tensioners.
