Condition Note: Brand-new low-mount A/C bracket and mid-mount alternator bracket. Minor cosmetic marks and small dents are present, as shown in the photos. These are purely cosmetic and have no impact on strength, fitment, or performance.

This AC bracket is only compatible with our Mid-Mount Alternator Bracket.
Design & Fitment
Engineered to sit tight and low against the block, this bracket fits most vehicles. Always check clearance for a low-mount AC compressor before ordering. Uses conventional OEM Ford backspacing, so it can run with factory V-pulleys for an easy, no-fuss install.
Compressor Setup
Designed for the SANDEN SD-7B10 compressor. If running our pulley and belt kit, choose the 6PK pulley version for perfect alignment.
Mid mount alternator bracket details:
Designed by an engine builder, this bracket is extremely strong and holds the alternator close to the factory location.
The key elements that set this mid mount bracket apart:
- Made from strong 6061 Aerospace alloy.
- Space for optional idler pulley. This reduces the amount of belt shake/slap under high rpm loads, helping extend belt life. We've designed it to work with a standard idler pulley, which can be purchased at most auto parts stores or directly from our website.
- Doesn't touch the cylinder heads.
- Perfect fitment right out of the box - designed to directly replace factory alternator brackets and run the same backspacing so no need for extensive modifications if you are replacing your standard style alternator bracket.
- Timing pointer included.
NOTES
- Check product pictures for alternator spec. This bracket will work with Powermaster & Aeroflow alternators along with many other brands.
- Works on standard blocks with standard 5/16 bolt hole sizes. If your timing cover bolt sizes vary from 5/16 (such as for iron eagle blocks) then you will need to bring them back to oem spec by using thread inserts.
- Designed to replace factory alternator bracket and will require 4 bolt raised face OEM spec harmonic balancer as seen on factory engines. If you have an aftermarket flat face balancer you will need to measure the balancer and purchase a raised hub for the balancer essentially bringing your aftermarket balancer back to factory measurement spec.
- Recommended use is with mechanical water pump and idler pulley.
- The image highlights the three mounting points (circled in red) on the engine block where our alternator brackets are designed to bolt up.
- These brackets have been tested with aeroflow 140 amp ford alternators (Delco body) AF4273-1140
