8x exhaust ports with (16x) 3/8 bolts
1x Distributor hole with (1x) 5/16 bolt
1x Carb base will fit 4150 and 4500 bolt patterns with (5x) 5/16 bolts
1x Fuel pump hole with (2x) 3/8 bolts
1x Thermostat housing hole with (2x) 5/16 bolts
